Motorcycle Waiver and Release
Motorcycling is not for everyone. It already make sense especially that not everybody can learn how to ride a motorcycle. It takes a lot of practice and should have a strong heart to learn. And whenever you are participating in a motorcycle session, there is always an agreement between the participant and the establishment/owner through signing a kind of motorcycle waiver and release of liability from. A motorcycle waiver and release is all about stating terms and conditions in a liability form with a statements of the giving up of the owners in any legal actions. Students under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to the first class meeting to sign a motorcycle waiver form. They will NOT be allowed to attend unless a parent or legal guardian is present at the first classroom session.
This kind of experience fulfills the freedom when it comes to the chosen transportation but it is still left exposed to unexpected dangers that will possibly come across. And before you step your heart to the side of the road, take yourself a chance to train and refrain yourself from self studying without the supervision of professionals. Reports of some series of accidents tells about something to us to learn the “safety first principle”.
Risks Associated in the Participation
At the very beginning of the participation of the said activity, the rider is knowledgeable and aware the numerous risks associated. Such risk includes traffic accidents, collisions with pedestrians, vehicles, other drivers, and into the intersections. Participation in the Event/sessions will require strenuous physical and mental alertness as participants will be required to drive for very long periods of time over several days, including the risk of driving through inclement weather.

MotorCycle Waiver Question and Answer
what is a motorcycle waiver form?
i heard that there is a waiver form that you can present to the DMV without doing a road test. is this true? and if it is how do you obtain this?
In CA at least, if you take an approved course like the MFS course, and you pass both the written and riding tests given at the course, you will be mailed a certificate for DMV (dont know the actual slip name) and you can turn that in to waive the skills test. The MSF course is usually 3 days (1 in class, and 2 on bike).
