During today’s troubled economic times every seems to want to sue. So more people are trying to protect themselves by signing waivers. Waivers are a good idea but that doesnt mean they are bullet proof you need them to be drafted by a professional that understands the nuances of the law.

    The story is largely the same for Shawn Camp. Because of his IQ it wasnt explained to him what he was signing Im not sure a medical waiver will hold up in a court of law
